Qualification Details:

JRHMS is seeking online applications from eligible candidates for contractual positions at different levels.

a. Executive Assistant Accounts - NHM:

1. Masters/ Post Graduate Degree in Commerce from recognized University/ College with minimum 55% aggregate marks or equivalent Grade/ Class and knowledge of Government. accounting procedures.

2. Minimum 3 years of post qualification related work expertence as accountant in reputed organization, preferably working in Government. organization.

3. Good working skills on computer and financial software (Tally).

4. Fluency in English and Hindi. both written and oral.

b. Executive Assistant Accounts - HR:

1. Essential Qualification and Experience Required: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma or Higher qualification from recognized institute/ University in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management/ Social Work/ Sociology.

2. 2 year of post qualification work experience in Core HR related works.

3. Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point; any Database package is highly desirable.

4. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities.

2. Salary in INR (Per Month): 19800

c. Executive Assistant- Programme Management: 2 year Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Management with specialization in Rural Development/ Rural Management or Master's Degree in Social Work/ Public Health 3 Years of post qualification program Management relevant experience. Weightage will be given to the candidates having experience in public health sector. Good working knowledge of MS office and internet usage.

d. Executive Assistant-Training: 2 year Post Graduate Diploma or Degree In Management with specialization in Human Development/ Resource/Rural Rural Management or Master's Degree in Social Work/ Public Health 3 years of post qualification related work experience as training tn reputed organization, preferably working in health. Good working skills on computer and financial software (Tally). Fluency in English and Hindi.
